Welcome to LostInNotes. By accessing or using our service, you agree to the following terms:
1. Use of the Service
LostInNotes is a personal note-taking application. You must not use this service for illegal or harmful purposes. You are prohibited from using the service to generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
3. Content Ownership & AI Features
All content (notes, data) you create remains yours. We do not claim ownership. LostInNotes uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide smart features. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content. Use AI insights at your own discretion.
4. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
LostInNotes offers premium subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Billing: Your App Store or Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription rate.
- Management: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
- EULA: Use of the iOS application is also subject to the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
5. Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted access but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur. We incur real costs for AI processing, and access may be subject to fair usage limits.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time via the app settings or at https://lostinnotes.com/notes/delete-account/.
7. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment, provided that you have not made substantial use of premium features (such as AI-assisted tools or enhanced storage).
Once you begin using premium features included in the Flow or Insight plans, we incur real usage costs; therefore, refunds are generally not available after meaningful use has occurred. We evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis.

8. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.
