2. About the App

LostInNotes is a personal note-taking app. You can create, store, and manage your notes after logging in with your Google or Facebook account.

3. Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary for the app to function:

• Personal Identifiers: Name, Surname, Email address, and User ID (provided by your Google or Facebook login).
• Public Profile: Basic information available from your social login to personalize your experience.
• User Content: Notes and content you personally write and save.

4. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly and exclusively to provide the functionality of the app:

• No Marketing: We do not send any marketing communications, newsletters, or emails.
• No Selling: We do not share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties.
• AI Processing: Your notes are processed by AI models to provide smart features. Your data is not used to train these AI models.

5. Where We Store Your Data

All data, including your notes, is stored securely in a database hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Google Cloud services are compliant with GDPR and other international security standards.

6. Who Has Access

Only the system (the app itself) has access to your data. We do not share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties.

7. Data Deletion & Your Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

• Contact: You can also request deletion via our support page: https://lostinnotes.com/support/. Data is purged within 30 days.

8. In-App Purchases

LostInNotes offers premium subscriptions processed via Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not store or collect your payment card details; all transactions are handled securely by the respective platform providers.
